Delivery FAQs
 

Can I have my goods delivered to an alternative address?

In order to reduce occurrences of Credit Card fraud, Rose Communications will only deliver to the registered address of the card holder.

 

Can I have a product delivered outside the UK?

Currently, we are only able to deliver to United Kingdom addresses.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders for phones are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier service.  Goods are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm on the next working day after dispatch.

 

Do you deliver on Saturday?

Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery on a Saturday, but in many cases orders dispatched on Friday will arrive on Saturday morning.

 

Will a signature be required to accept the delivery?

For your protection, all parcels sent by Rose Communications are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier service, and will require a signature.  This will ensure that your goods are received and secure.

 

What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?

If no one is available to sign for the package, a card will be left at your door, and the parcel will be held at the local Depot for you to collect.  Parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to Rose Communications.  Please call the number specified on the card if you wish to re-arrange delivery, collect from your local Post Office, or re-direct the parcel to an alternate address.  Please note that if a package is returned to Rose Communications, the customer will be required to pay charges for re-shipping.
