CALLBACK - Operating Instructions

The economical way to call abroad from your cell-phone

 

 

1) To make a call, dial your CALLBACK number:

 

When in Israel

o        Dial the CALLBACK number issued to you. The number will resemble:

      0577-XXXXXX.

 

(It is recommended that you store the CALLBACK number issued to you in your cell-phone’s memory.)

 

NOTE: When dialing the CALLBACK number from a phone other then the one registered, the return call will always come to the registered phone.

 

TIP: Even though there is no charge to dial the CALLBACK number, some prepaid phones require a minimum credit on the phone to make outgoing calls, to bypass this you can always call the CALLBACK number from another phone and the return call will come to your prepaid phone. (This applies where incoming calls are free)

 

Use with your Rented Cell-phone and enjoy significant savings.

 

2) Shortly after the call is answered, it will disconnect itself.

 

3) Within a few seconds, you will be called back.

 

4) After receiving the call, dial the desired number, local or international

  • To call an Israeli number:
    • Dial the prefix (including the leading 0), and then #, for example: 03-9001033 #
  • To call an international number:
    • Dial as you would from the UK: 00 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone number + #
    • (Sometimes if you find that the 00 does not allow the call through, try to dial 013 instead please contact a member of our team for more info).

 

Additional Features:

  • Multiple calls: In order to call a new destination– dial “##”, and the desired number.
  • Redial: If the number you dialed if busy, press #88 for redial.

Dialing Instructions

To use your “GlobaiCall” card follow the Directions below

 

Calling from in Israel

1)     Dial the access number 1835 or 180.933.1835 or English 183094

2)     Enter your 8 digit account number provided to you followed by the # key.

3)     Enter the 4 digit pin number followed by the # key.

4)     Choose from the menu

1.      To dial a number.

a.      For an International number dial 013 + Country code + Area code + phone number followed by # key. Sample (013- xx – xxx – xxx – xxxx #)

b.      For a Local (Israel) number, Dial Only Full Area Code + Phone number followed by the # key.  Sample (03-xxx-xxxx#)

2.      For informational services.

3.      To change Pin / Language / Speed dial numbers.

4.      To access internal extensions (one institution to another)

5.      To access “GlobiMail” Voicemail

 

Calling from Abroad

1)     Dial the access number of the country you are in (see access number index)

2)     Press 2.

3)     Enter your 8 digit account number provided to you followed by the # key.

4)     Enter the 4 digit pin number followed by the # key.

5)     Choose from the menu

1. To dial a number.

a.      For an International number dial 013 + Country code + Area code + phone number followed by # key. Sample (013- xx – xxx – xxx – xxxx #)

b.      For a Local (Israel) number, Dial Only Full Area Code + Phone number followed by the # key.  Sample (03-xxx-xxxx#)

2.      For informational services.

3.      To change Pin / Language / Speed dial numbers.

4.      To access internal extensions (one institution to another)

5.      To access “GlobiMail” Voicemail

 

The card allows dialing from any touch-tone telephone- public, mobile or hotel line.  As to other limitations depending on local operators, please follow the attached access number index.

 

 

Dialing options

  • Redial - if the number you are calling is busy or there is no answer, press 88 followed by hash (#)
  • Another call - anytime during the call press hash twice (# #) and proceed according to the voice response instructions.
  • In any submenu you can dial 9 to return to the main menu.
  • In all information services you can dial star (*) to stop the replayed information and proceed with the service.
  • After the call is finished, dial 99# to return to the service menu.

 

Speed dial service

Any card allows definition of up to 10 numbers in this service. The definition is done according to the service statements in submenu 3 after the card details have been dialed.

Numbers to call may be defined in any call direction: to Israel from abroad, from Israel abroad, as well international calls.

 

  • After entering the submenu dial 3 to specify or update the numbers, followed by #.
  • After specifying the number select option 4 to hear the input number and confirm or update.
  • After specifying the numbers, the quick dial service can be used immediately, in the same call.
  • The service is used by selecting 1 in the dialing menu, and dialing the defined quick dial cell followed by #.

 

Voicemail

If you have subscribed to the “GlobiMail” personal voicemail service, a special message will advise you of new incoming messages every-time you access your card.

 

To retrieve your new messages or listen to saved messages simply press 5,

Once in the voicemail you will be asked to enter you “GlobiCall” card number followed by # key.

Press 1 to listen to your messages.

a.      Press 1 To replay the current message

b.      Press 2 To Delete and go to next message.

c.      Press 3 To Save and go to next message.

d.      You will return the mail menu when finished.

 

The number where messages could be left on your behalf is +972 (0)3 542 3000 and personal mailbox number assigned to you.

To leave a message:

1. After entering the Extension and the # key.

2. Leave a message after the beep to end press the # key.

3. Press 1 to hear and review the message

4. Press 2 to confirm/approve or press 3 to re-record

 

Information services

The card offers different information services, including the up-to date news headlines and special broadcasts, as well as emergency telephone numbers. The information services are located in submenu 2 of the service after dialing the card number and the secret code. All information services are charged.

 

Card language

You can change the card language to one of the following: Hebrew, English and Russian. To change the language enter submenu 3 after entering the card details, option2.

 

Pin Number

You can change the pin number.  To change the pin number enter submenu 3 after entering the card details, option 1.
